Nathan Roberts of FlatEarthDoctrine posted the following false teaching.
Flat earther Nathan Roberts proclaimed on his FlatEarthDoctrine Facebook page:
If Holy Spirit/Ghost be the same as “wisdom”, why are they explicitly differentiated?
“Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.” Acts 6:3 KJV
Because…they are NOT the same.
Does Nathan Roberts argue just to argue? Seriously? Where do the saints get wisdom from? Is it not from the Spirit of Elohim?
“If you then, being wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father from heaven give the Set-apart Spirit to those asking Him!” Luke 11:13
“But when He comes, the Spirit of the Truth, He shall guide you into all the truth. For He shall not speak from Himself, but whatever He hears He shall speak, and He shall announce to you what is to come.” John 16:13
“but to those who are called – both Yehuḏim and Greeks – Messiah the power of Elohim and the wisdom of Elohim.” 1 Corinthians 1:24
“that the Elohim of our Master Yahusha Messiah, the Father of esteem, would give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,” Ephesians 1:17
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of Elohim, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it shall be given to him.” James 1:5
It’s just another case of Nathan Roberts failing to understand the proper context of Scripture.
Nathan Roberts is also very confused about what Scripture proclaims about the shape of the earth, as he takes Bible verses out of context, to make them seem like they’re pointing to a flat earth.
